Referral

• We offer counselling for children, young people, family / whānau and parents/caregivers who need support dealing with difficult life situations

• We offer an environment that is non-judgemental, caring and confidential

 

• When we are working with children, parents / caregivers and family/ whānau members are included in the counselling process, if appropriate.

Our services are FREE to whānau who care for children 18 years and under.

• Due to the high need in our community, as of August 2025, we currently have a waitlist of 5-6 months for counselling. Once you engage with a counsellor, we urge you to attend your agreed appointments wherever possible, so that appointments aren’t wasted. That way we can provide support to as many children and families as possible.
