More confidence, more positivity...

“I have come such a long way after counselling sessions with my counsellor. She provided a safe space for me to express things that were going on, after coming out of a separation and parenting my daughter and then going into a new relationship.  When I reflect to when we first started sessions, to where I am today, I am happy to say I am a new person.  With more confidence, more positivity, a stronger sense of myself and a better mother to my daughter.  I am so grateful for this service and for the Jigsaw North counsellor’s time.  Thank you.”
