Jigsaw North formally Parent and Family Counselling service is officially called Caps Northland Inc

The agency has been operating since 1989 and owns a comfortable house which is situated at 25 Otaika Road, in Whangarei, Northland.

The location is private for clients and offers a welcoming atmosphere

Our agency offers family therapy, couple/individual counselling, whanau support, parenting programmes, advocate for children and parent education.

How do we enrol in programmes or be referred to counselling?
People who want to use Jigsaw North ’s services can call in to the office at 25 Otaika Road, Whangarei, or phone 09 4388852 or be referred from another social service organisation. We also carry out counselling services for the Family Court and Manaia PHO.

Is there a waiting list?
People will always be contacted within 24 hours during business days and can generally see a counsellor within a couple of weeks.

Our Parent Education programmes are offered every school term.
